Bit of a long-overdue return to some form of normality today ...

... with my Accounts Commission hat on, we regularly [used to] visit Councils following their Best Value reports: obviously, COVID put an end to the physical-visits, with them all being undertaken via TEAMS :-(

Well, today saw the first "post- Best Value [& post- COVID]"  physical-visit, to see South Ayrshire Council - and what an improvement it was, being back in-person, for such a relatively large (and diverse) Group-style meeting.

In addition, I even had time for a quick wander along the sea-front prior to the gathering, and caught this snap of the Isle of Arran, across the Firth of Clyde :-)
