Fathers Day

Our sons have grown and flown . After card opening and telephone calls we decided it was time for " Big Dad ", as he was known to all their friends , to have a break from guttering & drainpipes and head to the boat. We had lunch in the old lightship which is used as a clubhouse at Levington marina. The boat had been left in tied to the pontoon next to the launching bay - a lovely sheltered berth but one which we will sadly have to vacate next week. The sun shone, it was calm and warm, and we pottered about doing odd jobs as one does on boats. Heaven!
