And the tree is up

I was determined to get the tree up and the house decorated for Christmas today but by the time we’d had a leisurely breakfast, walked Phin round the 5 mile circuit at Dalkeith, tidied the house, got all the boxes down from the loft, sorted out what I wanted, caught up on last night’s Strictly semi-final, cooked and ate dinner and decorated the tree I’ve kind of run out of steam to finish the decorating!
