All go

Up very early to join the commuters on the train to Glasgow. Good chat to JS first thing, then a welcome coffee and bacon roll whilst I tried to work through emails, then time with VG and D sorting out the AGM and Board agenda. Had a break before the next meeting so I went to town to pick up a few presents, and a couple of calls with T about things being done/needed for P’s house as we prepare it to rent out. He was getting electrician and carpet figment quotes and showing the workmen round…then back for two further meetings which went pretty well.
Hopped on the train back and picked up a replacement charger lead for P’s iPad before going to the RSE for a lecture by E from our book group (which was excellent!) and then supper. We had good craic - and too much to eat!
Home to wrap presents and get ready to drive south tomorrow
