Daphne

My head cold is in full swing, and I've lost my voice... so the furthest I've ventured today is into the front garden. I'd gone out to take photos of the winter honeysuckle, which is just starting to flower. But then I spotted some tiny new blooms on the Daphne bush - bright and cheery, on this sunny but blustery afternoon.  Almost Christmassy in fact.
