Teal Duck

Such handsome dabblers. It didn't stay on the near bank for long so I was lucky to get one reasonable shot. 

Swimming  with a four year old for the second time this week. It must count for some form of exercise.

Busy for the remainder of the day with childminding, yoga (perhaps) and festive prep.
