Nacreous Clouds

I was a bit disappointed to see recent photos of nacreous clouds on Facebook and Blip but consoled myself that I had seen some excellent examples in the past, so this morning's display came as a pleasant surprise. There have been faint colours in some parts of the sky throughout the day.

To minimise the blight of the telephone wires I took this from the back bedroom window - which could do with a clean!
