Christmas dinner

The stuffed turkey breast is in the oven. I’ve prepared the potatoes and parsnips using one of J’s favourite cook books ( published 1986, when the term “ celebrity chef” had yet to be invented. I wonder what became of Sarah Brown ?). Now it’s onto the sprouts.

Later …… it all turned out well. And plenty of turkey left for tomorrow. All very traditional. And tasty.
