Jumping for joy!

Perfect weather for a drive south, sun in my eyes all the way.
The reduced traffic meant we were in the motor way in half an hour instead of the usual hour getting across town!

We arrived in Bath about 2.30 and the girls were excited to see us.

To entertain them before the present opening we made a ‘Santa hats’, I’d had these at a neighbour's last week and thought they might be some thing they would enjoy. Strawberries on sticks atop grapes with a mini marshmallow on top for the pom pom on the hat.

We then commenced Christmas mark 2! The girls had saved a lot of presents from yesterday plus the presents we had brought. Here Jude is wearing a fur gilet she had been given and is literally jumping for joy!

John baked a ham and we had a lovely alternative Christmas dinner with crackers and party poppers followed by our ‘Santa hats’ and ice cream.

So good to be here to share the second part of Christmas.
