Europe By Night

A small poster at the DHL office.  It turned out that my box of gifts to the Viking was still here!  Got an email informing me that a Customs form had to be filled in, in order for it to be moved further.  There was a link but I could not fill it in so I thought why not just go to the office and sort it out there.  They analyzed the steps the young woman had followed when she helped me out last week, and it seems she clicked on a wrong link so that the package got classified under something else.  Anyway, it should be on its way now.  Thankful that got sorted out.  Shot this while waiting.

Best was the photograph I got from the Viking through WhatsApp shortly after midnight last night -- of the Order from the Court where the judge declared that the request for a settlement has been officially recognized and directing both parties to proceed as agreed last November.  There is now no more chance for the Opposition to back out.  It would appear that this judge was not bought.  Or couldn't be?  Gifts for the Season tend to be hideously expensive and somebody got crushed between a couple of rocks and some hard places.  Besides, the Ellaphant had showed signs again of not quitting.  Too much risk he could no longer afford, literally and figuratively.  Thankful that THAT got sorted out.
