Marjorie's ramblings

A frosty morning

It as another lovely morning for my walk. Thankfully there was little frost on the road, although the fields were white and the cars were frosted.

We don’t have a village green as such, but this field is in the middle of the village. The row of houses was originally built by the council and later sold off. We have one street of social housing behind these houses.

I walked for 1.5 miles and loved it. My only worry is how to keep my feet warm on walks over the next weeks. My trainers do not keep my feet warm enough and I’m not allowed to lace up my boots yet!

Liz did some shopping for my in Hexham. Both she and Margret (next door) called so we had lively conversation.
