Hilliers

We went over to Emma and Andy's this morning to see Raffy, and E&A of course.  We had a nice hour or so until it was time for his lunchtime nap.  We then drove over to Hilliers Garden Centre where we met Maureen and Ian.  We had a drink and a nice chat.  On leaving we thought we'd visit the bird hide but unfortunately it was closed "due to forestry work".  Maybe they're worried a tree is going to fall on it.  So we had a look round the gardens, as expected there was very little in the way of flowers.  There were snowdrops, not yet opened, peeping through. The hellebore was just in flower (see extras). As I returned to the car there was an impressive sunset.
