Sunlit Dunnock Singing

Lovely to see the garden bathed in sunlight this morning. This dunnock was singing lustily from a wild rose bush. Until recently the only birdsong was that of the robins. All the other birds are starting to join in now.

This afternoon I heard a nice sound and rushed outside, getting my socks soaking wet. It was a Dakota which I failed to capture properly.

Later on I heard another pleasant sound and Mishka and I shot out of the back door again. This time it was a Harvard. Didn't get a decent shot of that either.
