Bear Grass or Desert Spoon from the Agava family.   I did like the flowers that have all gone to seed and thought they were lovely against that blue sky!    A slow day at the kid's house today.  Doing a few chores and finished my book entitled...  when the rain ends.  Pretty good book and an enjoyable read.  I'll have to check out another of her books.
