I took this picture on Tuesday when we had a walk around Morden Hall Park - me and my shadow who I love to the moon and back.

No.1 recovering from her transfusion yesterday but still feeling really tired and out of breath.  We did a short flat walk and sat down a few times but she was tired when we got back so went to bed for a few hours.  I visited Hobbycraft to get some felt for current craft project (not sure why I am bothering but it gives me something to focus on).

OH visited MIL in care home and I heard details of the ongoing saga with hearing aids and ear wax FFS - I am really not interested as my mind is buzzing with other things.

Onward and upward.
