Frozen!

Another frigid night leading into a very cold but sunny day. I started packing for our trip tomorrow, then early afternoon we bundled up in layers, and drove over to Sharon Woods. We were there on Saturday, and at that time the lake and the little waterfalls in the gorge were still all free water, just a few mini icicles beside the stream. Now, after two days of frigid temperatures, the lake is frozen and the water falls are partly frozen. We only saw a couple of other people braving the cold. Our walk of about 8,000 steps however wasn’t enough for Roger, he still had to go to the gym in the afternoon and do some more exercise (!), leaving me at home to carry on ironing and packing!
I still have some time in the morning to do some tidying up before we leave the house at about noon.
