Anecdoats

It seems half a lifetime ago that the pandemic arrived on our shores.  I suppose for Boy Wonder it was half a lifetime ago.  One day we were all commuting to and fro, the next day we were confined to barracks.  A spot of panic buying ensued chezes des Flum: I didn't know what to panic buy at first so got a huge bag of porridge oats and the same amount of rice.  Mother Flum then magicked up a couple of ex-sweet shop jars for storage, and once filled they were stowed in my cupboard, out of sight and almost out of mind.

Well, we are the best part of four years on and I finally started my pandemic supply!
