Dolly's Day

NOT FOSTERS

Made a slow start to the day - just did a few chores this morning.  This afternoon I walked down to the village. Shopping in Herons and parcel collecting from Tesco.  It was getting dark as I walked home.  Its been a very grey dull day - but it wasn't cold.  And there was no wind.

Watched the match on TV this evening.  Newcastle were playing away against Fulham in the FA Cup - 7pm kick off.  The match was shown live on ITV4.  Must say its the first time Ive ever watched ITV4.  Newcastle didn't play very well at all.  ( they still have a few good players who are injured ).  However they did manage to get two goals and won the match.  It was great to see two local lads score the goals - Sean Longstaff and " Big " Dan Burn. ( I wasn't impressed by the two commentators of the match ... they were very biased against Newcastle).

Continuing the football theme Ive blipped my new coaster.  I bought it on Wednesday in " The Back Page - a shop in the Metrocentre that sells all sorts of football related stuff.  . They had a new range of fun coasters relating to different Newcastle players - I chose this one featuring my favourite player Fabian Schar.

Neil and Rachael have been buying " white goods" today as the ones in their rented property don't belong to them so will have to be left.
