MMC24 :: Day 6 :: Prayer Book

This 5 cm x 7 cm prayer book was given to my grandmother for her wedding by the parish priest. This is the 4th edition, printed in 1928, the year she wed. The cover (extra) had a raised something on it which has long worn off. Also as an extra, the copyright page and table of contents. Thanks to Ann and Philippa for co-hosting Tiny Tuesday.

I went to the camera club this morning for the black-and-white special interest group meeting. I need to start playing with light and shadows a little bit more.
Then I tried to get my knee X-ray but there was a sign saying that the machine was broken. Turned out that it wasn’t. Only people with appointments were being seen, not walk-ins. I don’t have an appointment until the 15th! Later, I was supposed to attend a Communications committee meeting for the HOA but I messed up the location. My bad. I’ll go next week.

In other news…the weather is miserable. The winds are whipping up at 45 mph/72 kmh. Now the rain has begun. I have so much more energy when the sun is shining.
