Amaryllis

I was given this amaryllis flower as a present for Christmas and this is it's second blooming, it is quite lovely. 

Today was sunny and bright and I enjoyed a lovely walk with Xena this morning. After the walk I went to get groceries for the weekend, then after lunch I met a friend for coffee. I enjoyed hearing about her month long holiday to Australia, and seeing the photos. 

I was hoping to get to see the owls this weekend but the moor is still flooded, and there is duller weather forecast for the weekend with rain which won't help.
