A quiet domestic day doing a reset after my weekend guests and enjoyed walking locally on a bright sunny morning getting some food shopping in….maybe time to swap out of my winter coat?
Winsford arrived and we had some tea and a chat before heading down to Arclight’s for book group. We’d all read one or more Claire Keegan books and all enjoyed them…her quiet, atmospheric and emotional stories are so powerful.
We had delicious gravadlax and mackerel pate, tagines and some indulgent cakes from Krema….lovely!
Lots of chat as always, including planning how to celebrate our 10th anniversary next January.
Home not too late…and as usual a struggle to park…then straight to bed.
