Handmade socks

I met up with my friends Kevin and Birgit this morning for coffee and some music playing. We used to be in a string band together years ago, The Lost Button String band. It was fun to play music and remember tunes from so long ago.
I stopped at Birgit's house afterwards. She has a greenhouse attached to her house and had these socks drying out there. She is a great knitter. I blipped the branch hung with objects at her house a couple weeks ago.

My mom came into town this afternoon for the university of Wyoming Cowgirl's basketball game. She stopped by afterwards and we went out for a drink. It is so nice to spend some time with her. She told me she is so glad I moved back...  It sure makes me happy to make her happy.
