Passing the time of day

I was at a loose end this morning so decided to make a batch off butternut squash soup. I also had to deliver some magazines to the tourist office. I had planned to play tennis in the afternoon but thought better of it as I am not supposed to take much exercise for three days after having the dental implants. I will go to the tennis lesson tomorrow as that is not too strenuous. In the afternoon I went down to join the painting group and started a new canvas. There were just four of us.
