A misty start to the day.

I had an appointment with regard to an on going medical issue I have. I thought it was all sorted following a bit of surgery I had last August but it has reared its ugly head again. I am used to low level pain having now had it since my diagnosis in 2014. 

I know many other people have far worse so I should think myself fortunate. However, I have had a few tears of frustration.

Later, I had a thunderous march/walk with Hetty to throw my angst and energy into and felt better for it.

Lots to look forward to.
