The “pleasure palace”!!

A dismal wet day today, so we took our exercise inside. We were actually swimming today, but I took this shot from the back of the gym, as I walked to the changing rooms, since I thought it would work well for Wide Wednesday. We both got 50 lengths in today, and afterwards spent a while in the hot tub, which felt great. There was one guy in there who’ d already been there for quite a while, as I’d heard his voice when we were swimming. He was there to ease his arthritis, which he said was really bothering him with the damp weather. He was a chatty fellow, and detected our English accent, so that led to further conversation!
