Another few hours standing up in the charity shop, but my back is improving hurrah! ...until the next time, because once you've pulled that muscle as I first did in 1988 lifting my son out of the cot, it's never the same again. I've done it numerous times since then. 

Lidl is having a gardening related week in the middle aisles, and I got a bucket, fleece, netting and a gooseberry bush.

Two and a half miles locally when I got back home, and the pussy willow is out!
