A new perch

Bertie has extended my training during the past couple of weeks. He has found a new boulder to sit on and look pretty, in the hope that this would earn him a treat. He knows me so well, of course he was successful. However, earlier in the day, Nick did some serious recall training with Bertie, something he has been doing for the past week in an attempt to avoid any more escape attempts like we had at the beginning of the month. The little lad is doing well, but I’m still not going to put it to the test with a lead-free walk. The stress would be just too much for me!
