Early walk.

These Camelias are on the roadside as I walked up to the side entrance of the St Ives Estate for our early walk with the ladies (and one man)

Apart from the two bushes, one pink and one white, looking great, the significant thing is that at 7.04am it is full daylight!
It was also warm and dry! Not so underfoot sadly but the warmth was good meaning that our heating didn’t actually come on and the switch to my ‘shoulder season’ coat (washed the winter one) was more than adequate.

Chris was helping out by driving at luncheon Club as friend K has hurt his back. As soon as he got home we set off over the moor to Ilkley to the cinema. We saw ‘Wicked Little Letters’ which was fun if you don’t mind (a lot) of foul language. Great performances and based on an incredible true story.

Supper on the way home so another good Thursday starting with our early walk which was enjoyable as always despite reduced numbers.
