Between fen and mountains

Apple juice

Agriculture in the main valley is mostly given over to peach and apricot orchards. The neighbouring valley, being higher, mostly grows apples. Consequently, there is always a good supply of apple juice at the local market. I thought it looked rather good in the sunshine. When I returned, I did a bit of weeding, planned next week's walk and decided what I would paint on Monday. I have felt quite tired after a lot of physical activities this week so I decided to have a quiet day. After the bell ringing practice this afternoon, we will join friends to watch the rugby especially 'Le Crunch', the match between England and France.
