Notes: Another nice chilly morning, slept till after 7a. Had coffee and caught up on last night's videos (Janine and JC & Janine). Debated the temps for pool and waited till after the Zoom for Carlene's Lightwave group, was after 12p and quite warm w/ pure sun but no one there (prob b/c of the cold morning). Wore my new suit, mostly good tho slides up some on the back left butt area - feels a lot better tho to know it's not toxic material. Quick shower and then again did Joe Dispenza's meditation - was 2p till I got up from that. Sauerkraut mixture and then the tuna salad (cleaned out another freezer container) on toasted sprouted bread. Also had some of the choc chip mess from yest (still tastes good and a bowl of the new cereal that got delivered today (seven Sundays Super Fruity). In the afternoon, re-watched part of the Eclipse season workshop and then streamed shows.
