Barns Ness

The now deactivated Barns Ness Lighthouse near Dunbar. 

I'm off to meet my friend J who is a lighthouse enthusiast. This blip was taken as we sped through the lovely East Lothian countryside on a Cross Country train bound for Exeter. Fortunately I only had to go as far as Alnmouth where I'm currently waiting for my bus to Amble. There J and I will rendezvous for a few days together. 

I was in the dentist's chair at 08:00 this morning. Great service. All sorted for my Northumberland mini break
