.... look after yourself before you look after anyone else. Okay! So it was the dialogue on a men's care advert on tv a minute ago, but it makes sense. Hence the timeout with friends today, walking, chatting, lots of subjects covered over coffee & toasted teacake. We even had warm spring sunshine for awhile.
