Solo Walk Today

Saffy and I had a nice walk , S was at a funeral.

Sandra asked me in for a cuppa afterwards. She is suffering terribly with her lower back (as well as other stuff). She told me she has joined the Scottish action group to push for assisted dying.

Made an appointment at my physio as I have sore knees when going on an incline- I have lapsed doing my exercises since last July, I got out of the way of doing them every day since Mum and all that entailed and haven’t picked them up. With having hyper mobility in my joints I need to be careful.

At last we booked somewhere for the first night after Landing in Venice . Oh wow big deal , have another 14 to go !!
