Sunny Southwold

Cloudy morning beach walk this morning.  The sun emerged later in the morning when we ventured into Southwold.  We needed bread and Mr needed another book.

We thought we'd have a quiet day in Kessingland.  The hound is getting tired.  Greyhounds aren't known for their stamina and we have been having longer walks than when at home.  The scenery encourages me far more. 

Had a beach walk mid-afternoon.  We have the beach completely to ourselves - extra.  Within five minutes of reaching the beach it began to rain and the wind strengthened.  We returned to the cottage.

Today I'm officially a state pensioner.
