A Very Strange Tulip

I bought this pot of forced tulips at least a month ago and planted it in a container in my courtyard. It finally bloomed enough to see just how much of a mutant it is! Frilly, striped, oddly colored. But here it is in all of its glory.

Miserable day today - cold, windy, and at times very rainy. I only left the house to go to physical therapy.
