Grumpy Old Man

Cabbage palms in Station Square

Not bad today - any day is OK if it's not raining! Sunshine on and off too, lovely views out to sea with billowing white clouds.

I had quite a bit of Photo Club stuff to do this morning - the season's over, meeting wise, so we're making sure that everyone knows the subjects and dates of next season's competitions and the programme is more or less sorted now. A spring and summer of photography now beckons, ready for the start of the new season in October.

Down to the town after lunch for a few things. I tried to get a picture of the cordylines in Station Square with a background of white clouds, but I couldn't find anywhere high enough. What would the seaside be without them!

So I came home to glorious sunshine - and now it's raining!
