ROCKET!

This is a Space X Falcon 9 rocket which was launched from Vandenberg Space Force Base in California at 7:25 tonight It was carrying 21 Starlink satellites. Much larger to the eye than in the picture. I’m not a fan of Musk or space junk but this was an amazing sight in the night sky. More details from SpaceX.

It was quite chilly today. Sweatshirt weather. For inquiring minds, I have my camera and its accoutrements packed and already in the car for tomorrow. But you can bet I’ll forget something, even with my lists.
