Terriers about town....

A mainly dry ,sunny day ,but still blowing a hooligan.
Kev a no show again so back to feeding everything by myself. Had the bulk of everything happy by lunch time,so seeing as nothing looked like calving ,chummed Mrs F into Bruntsfield for a quick dog walk and coffee stop. The wee pup behaved well on the lead,although lots of folk wanting to say hello to him. I like dog type people,don't understand folk who don't like pups. The old terrier must have stopped at every lamp post in Morningside . He must have an endless supply of pee !
Back home by 3.30 pm,back into the work clothes and back to silage bales ,shoveling, and forking in straw to cows. Took a bale out to the spring calvers. There a quite a few bagged up so just waiting for the fun to begin. Hopefully the weather improves.
Wee brother on the phone and he has had his first one calve today.
Mrs F had a brief visit tonight by another Blipper ,Littlemissquirk, who was returning a Richard Osman book she had borrowed. Cups of tea and chatter followed.
