Oh, Baby!

Usual Sunday, apart from a baby shower this afternoon for Diogo, Ermelinda and Cecílio's soon to be born grandson. Here are the prospective parents with E's Mum, Eufrásia. It was different seeing loads of young couples with babies and toddlers.

I'd made a version of "Julia's cheesecake", which folk tucked into, even though there were three long tables spread with food (typical Cecílio). I've learnt that English desserts go down well here.

Gratefuls:
- the three communities we belong to in some way: church, Adega, Sem Fim expats, not to mention E's family
- waking up to blue skies and the stunning stars and planets as we got home tonight; the dust has gone, yay!
