Azalea (& 2 Photobombers)

I was back on the golf course this morning; my back actually felt better for the exercise and I managed to play reasonably well again, despite the soggy conditions.

I neglected to take any photos so here’s another emergency blip from the back garden of this particularly fragrant azalea which is just about ready to bloom. It already seems to be attracting visitors.

Could be a distracting evening with Yeovil about to kick off their game away at Truro, just needing a draw to become league champions.

Truro are actually playing their home games at Gloucester’s ground because their own pitch is unfit. This is the third different ground they’ve played ‘home’ games on this season, having previously tried ones at Plymouth and Taunton, both of which turned out to have a propensity to get waterlogged. 

The upshot is that they are in the middle of a run of playing 9 games in just 20 days, including one just last night - hopefully they’ll be tired tonight!

Apparently only 50 Truro fans have made the trip up from Cornwall, while 1200 Yeovil fans are there.
