Walking on air

Dentist this morning. I used to dread going as I was very lax about my dental health when I was younger but my previous (now retired) dentist was very patient and today I was complimented on my dental hygiene by my new dentist. Next appointment is 12 months away.

Popped to the supermarket as Mr PHL had run out of the noodle soups he enjoys at lunchtime and somehow a dress, a bikini, a pair of shorts and a pair of sandals fell into my trolley too.

Home for a quick sandwich and off to the salon for my holiday pedicure. My feet feel wonderful and I love the sparkles in the colour.

A lovely bath after dinner and I’m hoping for an early night as I slept rather poorly last night..
