Tidying

A day of tidying up and making ribs for dinner. To be honest the slow cooker did most of the work!

Miss PHL and my friend Susan were both coming for dinner so we could make plans for next week. We were so busy chatting that the ribs were slightly overdone in their final firing in the oven but still tasty.

Phin and I enjoyed a walk round Newbattle in the morning. It was lovely and sunny but bitterly cold. He was delighted to find a squeaky pink ball which he carried all the way back to the car and promptly destroyed on the way home in the car..

A lovely evening, enhanced by the beautiful sunset.
