Weasel coffee....

An early start today. Started feeding some of the cows at 4.30 as Mrs F and I had to be at the airport for 6.30.to collect Littlemiss and her pal who have been away travelling for 2 months.
Dropped said pal off at his house then nipped up to Bruntsfield for a family breakfast. All that was missing was Junior, who is still away travelling for another month.
Back home by half 9. While Kev fed the cows their straw I nipped out to feed the calving cows. They seem to have gone on strike the last day or so. No doubt saving up for the weekend.
The contractor has started sowing barley down the road. A few showers today though just in case it gets too dry ...
The rest of the afternoon spent bagging feed, taking tyres off the top of the silage pit and rolling the plastic sheet back a bit. For a change the wind didn't cause havoc. Usually I'm doing an impression of being a hang glider pilot trying to hold on to the sheet !
Littlemiss miss brought me back this packet of Weasel coffee from Vietnam. After her telling me how it's produced I'm not so sure .
The coffee cherries have been eaten by weasels ,digested and collected at the other end,washed and roasted to produce the coffee. It might sit in the packet for a while yet !
