Lights

Once the clocks had gone forward, I gathered up all the solar lights dotted around the garden and stuck them in this planter to see how many had survived the winter and were still working. I found at least a dozen but, as you can see, only four are actually still producing light. And only one of those is shining with any sort of conviction! None of the others produced even a glimmer of light and have been consigned to landfill.
So, the question is, do we just have these few around the garden this year or do we pay a visit to Home Bargains, where I noticed they have an entire aisle dedicated to all sorts of fancy solar lights?
