Thursday Tulips

Another tulip bed for a better mood.  The flowers are starting to go in some parts, and it's very noticeable in the parks.  Most likely also the result of the very cold front that's been lounging in the sky but will depart shortly.

It was not till very late at night when I felt less stressful and something clicked back in my head.  Sometimes we don't realize a screw has turned until it starts feeling uncomfortable. Vicious circle -- a lack of sleep makes it worse, and in turn it leads to lack of sleep.  I have the tendency to want to fix something first, though, before I can sleep well.  Anyway... sorted.

MOOCking today and too cold to do errands.  After dinner, AW left for Thursday evening bridge.  Beau is back from foreign parts but is now on a two-week holiday.  He's about as old as AW and a very busy man!  Lavinia is taking his place and she and AW hit the top spot this evening.

Thankful again for flowers and mindfulness.
