New Helper

Yet another trip to the allotment but the spuds are finally all in and I can move on to some easier work. Some lettuce, rocket, onion & beetroot seeds have been sown for starters.
Our allotment neighbour had a new helper today - Rory, 11 weeks, likes chewing stuff but especially chives.
More chives in the extra, cleaned before chopping and freezing. Spot the grass.
Full pub complement tonight but at The Cumberland; handy for George, pretty busy and filled up even more after the outside drinkers’ beer started to freeze. Only slight exaggeration!
