Day 184 of 365 - Two Out Of Three Ain't Bad!

Welcome to day 184 of 365 (Finished image after Editing)

The original photo was taken late this afternoon on the edge of Broadgate in the Cathedral Quarter in Coventry. The view is looking over to Two out of the Three Spires that Coventry is famous for. The Spire in the foreground on the left belongs to Holy Trinity Church. The Spire in the background on the right side belongs to the Ruined Old Cathedral of St Michael. The Spire that makes up the third in the 'Three Spires of Coventry' belongs to the Spire of Christchurch which is out of shot on the other side of the city centre.

As always the shot was taken with my iPhone 5. The photo was taken using the camera App 645 PRO Mk II for iPhone, saved as a TIFF file before any editing. The original image can be found here: Unedited original Image.

First of all I used the app Dynamic Light to edit the image. This was done by applying the Realistic Sky preset to help brighten the buildings in the image without washing out the sky. I then used the app called Romantic Photo desaturate the colour from the buildings without changing the colour of the sky. Next I used ShockMyPic to blend in the rough edges of the image. Finally I used the app Laminar to apply the Snap Stack frame (just as a change to my usual frames).
