Beauty is all around us.

Our red Azalea

The Feast Day of Saint Pachomius the Great. Died in 346. He was a hermit and later an Abbot. He was the founder of cenobitic monasteries. He brought together like minded hermits to live in prayerful communities for communal worship and work.
Today is pleasant and dry. It is 13c but 20c indoors. We turned the central heating off yesterday. Let's hope we don't need it for a long time and it would be lovely to have a proper warm Summer.
I have been for a walk and then done some washing and put it out on the line. That is still a simple but great joy, because in the last house we only had a narrow back garden and had to dry things indoors.
The blackbird has been singing all morning. The pigeons have been cooing. The seedlings are doing well but need watering morning and evening.
My ankle is much better.
I hope you have a lovely day and thank you for dropping by blip friends.
