Notes: Didn't sleep well and was up for a couple hrs and then didn't get out of bed for good until after 8a. Had coffee, ran out in the morning to Thrift Store (found nothing) and Aldi (has been awhile!) - here saw the Bentley SUV w/ storm clouds behind, tho no rain or storm ever materialized. Zoom w/ Susan @ 11a when I got back then went to the pool ~ noon - blazing hot! Meditation and resting and then ate late again - pizza (the sprouted flour dough isn't great) and salad. Enjoyed staying in the cool for the afternoon. Quiet night of streaming shows and texting some w/ Susan.
