Welcome

This morning I walked Django in sunshine that lasted half the day. However I had a meeting at 09:00 with our likely big funder, which went well. However I cursed myself for not having our proposal document open for reference before I needed to refer to it. The fact that the person I was talking to had clearly not read much if it was disconcerting. We need to add more explicit milestones, but it seems as if they will fund us.

After that I caught up with И, and got on with preparing materials for a talk I'm giving next week to people who are giving us rather less funding, but for $40k it is still worth treating them well.
